Menieres Atypical Symptoms Checklist

I have created a simple Meniere's Atypical Symptoms Checklist. It shows many symptoms that doctors do not even recognize as MM symptoms! Please fill it out and submit it, and I will try and do a new "total list" of how many of each of us has these various symptoms. I did this once before but this is an updated version.

Also, if you feel it would help, I give my permission for you to print it out, fill it in, and take it to your own doctor(s). Many times we forget things, and many of us did not know or understand that many of the symptoms we did experience are a part of the MM symptoms! So I hope each of you might find it useful for yourselves. I would like feedback on this also. May have to add even more symptoms to the list!

Please let me know what you think, and if you feel this is a useful tool.
