"MY MOM"
Mom has been the very best; a true mother to me.
She has helped me and loved me, and made me see.

She has helped me to become the person I am.
And to know that I will and that I can,

Be the person in life, that I want to be.
Loving and kind, joyful and giving, and essentially free.

She gave me strength when I despaired,
So I know that she truly cared.

She helped to keep us all together,
Through some pretty rough "family weather".

She's made us laugh, she's made us cry,
She's also given all of us reasons to worry and sigh!

She's worked too had, and too long,
She's listened to many a "family song".

She's fire and spirit, temper and rage,
She's strong and loving, and full of sage.

It takes a great, strong and loving person to "hang in there",
She's the BEST MOTHER ever, I truly swear.
