Make a journal of DAILY things to be THANKFUL for!! DO THIS EVERYDAY!!
Examples to get you started:
Do at least “5" things each day!! The longer you do this, the easier it will become, and the more you will learn to know and realize you really do have a lot to be thankful for!!
- Your breath!! Without it, you wouldn’t be alive and here!!
- You mind!! Without it, you wouldn’t be able to read this and learn!!
- The beauty and warmth of the sun!!
- The rain that brings forth new life!! Think of the rain as Gods tears, watering the earth!
- Your job, husband/wife/children/your pets!!!! Aren’t you truly grateful for ALL of this?
