Make a journal of DAILY things to be THANKFUL for!! DO THIS EVERYDAY!!

Examples to get you started:

Do at least “5" things each day!! The longer you do this, the easier it will become, and the more you will learn to know and realize you really do have a lot to be thankful for!!

  1. Your breath!! Without it, you wouldn’t be alive and here!!
  2. You mind!! Without it, you wouldn’t be able to read this and learn!!
  3. The beauty and warmth of the sun!!
  4. The rain that brings forth new life!! Think of the rain as Gods tears, watering the earth!
  5. Your job, husband/wife/children/your pets!!!! Aren’t you truly grateful for ALL of this?
