I use Gods Golden Light to make myself seem safe. I see myself completely encircled in a Golden Light. Nothing can enter this lighted area around me, to hurt me, or make me do anything I don't want to do! And this light keeps me safe in the car on mountain roads, or in a lot of traffic, or anything that scares me!! This one really seems to help a lot!! I use this one quite often. No, I don't drive in a lot of traffic, but I do feel safe when I HAVE to!! I just choose most times NOT to do this!

I can also stand in the shower, and let the warm, soothing Golden Light run down through my top chokra into and through my body, pushing the pain, etc, out through my bottom chokra!! Imagine the water as the Golden Light.
